Food safety website launched 12 Mar 2009
The Safe Quality Food Institute (SGFI), a division of the Food Marketing Institute, has launched a new website.
The content has been organised according to user needs. Food suppliers, retail buyers, auditors, certification bodies, training centres and consultants can find information and services grouped together on separate web pages.
Additionally, a list of more over 40 guidance documents, codes, applications and registration forms also are grouped by the user.
SQFI offers a global food safety and quality certification programme and management system. The programme provides independent certification that a supplier's food safety and quality management system complies with international and domestic food safety regulations.
