The launch of the product follows successful trials, where it received excellent feedback from a number of customers, including Cranswick Country Foods. We think this product will come at the right time for our customers, as demand for joints of meat tends to increase in the winter, due to the festive season and consumer's love of warming winter roasts," added Lilley.
