Pearson Packaging launches new service to help customers 15 Oct 2009
Pearson Packaging Systems, a leading manufacturer of secondary packaging equipment, is pleased to announce the commencement of the PearsonPartner Program, a new service that helps customers maximize efficiencies and lower costs associated with maintaining their secondary packaging equipment.
“The PearsonPartner ProgramSM is designed to allow our customers to maintain their equipment in a cost effective manner in order to help them meet the needs of an increasingly demanding environment,” said Michael A. Senske, President and CEO.
“In today’s marketplace, our customers are under constant pressure to manufacture and deliver products more efficiently than ever before. Machine maintenance is a critical component in ensuring higher levels of product quality and overall efficiency. The PearsonPartner ProgramSM allows customers to manage the ongoing maintenance of their equipment and systems, including performing machine audits, receiving ongoing operator and maintenance training, and planning visits from Pearson Service Technicians. Pearson’s goal is to work proactively with customers in order to ensure that their machines and systems are running at the highest possible levels of efficiency,” he said.
