Daimer: Steam Cleaners with Anti-Microbial for meat packing 03 Dec 2009
Daimer Industries, Inc., a global provider of cleaning machines and green chemicals, announced shipment of a line of KleenJet Ultra 1000CVP steam cleaners, which offer Advanced Thermal Ionic Sanitization.
In laboratory tests on bacteria and mold, this technology killed over 99.99 percent of disease causing specimens, an essential function in any meat packing and merchandising facility.
"We decided to expand our KleenJet® line by adding ATIS® anti-bacterial technology," said Daimer.com's ATIS® expert Matthew Baratta. "The 1000CVP systems were engineered for sanitizing uses in meat packing plants, as well as use as a vapor steam cleaner or steam/wet vacuum."
Proven technology
ATIS® machines are manufactured in an EPA registered facility. Steam cleaners with this anti-bacterial and anti-microbial capability killed 99.99% of dangerous mold and bacteria in tests by a nationally-known testing laboratory. The steam cleaners killed E. coli, staph and salmonella organisms, and more.
The Floor steam cleaners
KleenJet Ultra 1000CVP steam cleaning machines offer a combined water capacity - including refill and boiler tanks - of seven liters, plus a five-liter extraction chamber. The result: extended periods of continuous non-stop cleaning. The machines yield pressure levels that peak at about 89 psi and steam temperatures that peak at about 320ºF.
The included wet-dry vacuum provides column lift of 2200mm and boasts water and HEPA filtration for allergen removal.
For increased robustness, the steam cleaners feature a heating element that is replaceable. As a result, owners can have low-priced heating components replaced as opposed to pricier boiler components.
