Intralox: Complete Conveyance Solutions at CFIA 2010 17 Dec 2009

Representatives from Intralox, L.L.C., provider of conveyance solutions for meat and poultry processing applications, will present their latest conveyance technologies at CFIA 2010, March 9-11 in Rennes, France.
The Intralox booth at CFIA will have the following products in action.

  •  ThermoDrive® technology brings sanitation to food processing by combining the positive drive benefits of modular belting with the cleanability of solid plastic belting. Like Intralox SeamFree™ belting, ThermoDrive belting is especially suited for hygiene-critical applications. It dramatically improves food safety and lowers operating costs as water, chemicals, and cleaning labor and time are substantially reduced.

  • Intralox’s Activated Roller Belt™ (ARB™), a patented conveying technology for automating case handling applications, allows processors to increase throughput capacity, consume less floor space, accommodate new package types, and reduce worker safety hazards.

  • Intralox’s innovative line of Spiralox® belting has proven to cut product waste in half and reduce downtime for maintenance by up to 75%.

  • The new Hi-Temp belt, developed specifically for the harshest fryers, has the strength of a wire belt, but with a dramatically longer belt life.
